When M Spa came to us, they had trouble filling up their appointment calendar and their business had become stagnant. They had been spending a lot of money on digital ads and paid social ads but they didn’t see results in their ROI.

What we started with to build M SPA’s online presence was to create a high-end website that detailed all their services and offerings. As well as, create an online store to sell M SPA skincare products.
Then we spearheaded a social media campaign on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Firstly, we created premium content in collaboration with the team at M SPA to help hone in their brand message. We used a combination of Facebook Ads and Pay Per Click ads to drive specials and promote brand content.
This strategy has helped M SPA quickly establish an online brand and dedicated social media following. They are now recognized as one of the premium Medical Spas in South Florida.

Balancé Skincare

Goals
The client came into our office and told us she had exclusive rights to an innovative and high-end anti-aging/anti-wrinkle line of products for men and women. Initially, the client was building her business plan under the brand name, Trend Alert. Due to the high-end nature of the product and price point, we suggested a complete rebranding of the company to represent the luxury product line. Thus, Balancè replaced Trend Alert.
Over the next several months, we created an eCommerce website, social media channels, a Google Business Profile, an Amazon Seller account, Digital Ads accounts, and more. Upon completion of Balancè’s digital foundation, we launched a major press release announcing the new luxury skincare brand. We capitalized on the publicity from the press release by pushing hard through various marketing channels and the rest, as they say, is history.

Through market research, we unearthed several competitors in this industry. After extensive research into the successful competitors’ marketing strategies, we were able to replicate them and make favorable adjustments for our client.
After building all of the foundational elements for this client’s business, we ran several A/B tests to target the desired audience with pinpoint accuracy. Just prior to the distribution of the press release we created for this client, we had launched a full-scale digital ads campaign through social media and Google Ads. To maximize the client’s ROI on the digital ads campaigns, we initially targeted our specific audience in eight major metropolitan cities in the United States.
Through continuous monitoring of our digital ads campaigns and social media engagement, we slowly expanded our target audience territory – making adjustments along the way – and we were able to generate $86,400 in revenue for this client. Over the next six months, we project this total to more than double!

The client already had an established medical spa but wanted to rebrand for a fresh, modern look in time for the launch of their upcoming skincare line. Our goals were to redesign their online presence on their website and social media.
We redesigned their website and added an eCommerce section for their skincare line. We created social media posts and came up with an effective strategy to target their clientele with a Digital Ad strategy and Google Business Profile so they could be easily searched for in the local area.
After the redesign of their website and after a social media campaign highlighting their services and new look, we launched another campaign for their new skincare line that generated lots of interests and sales.
